Ordering Format for FSRs
(Field Service Requests)
Subdivision and Lot #

location in house (e.g., hallbath)
location on unit (e.g., right sidewall)
nature of repair (e.g., crack, vinyl window)
need to know info (e.g., outside, ladder)
closing date (e.g., final walk Feb 2, close Feb 14)

All FSRs (and additional items added to the initial request) must be made in writing according to the above format by either text or email to establish proof of scope requested. We charge for the work ordered off of the price list and do not volunteer our labour. We will not accept "Check all tubs" or "you'll see it" - We will not accept a forwarded "inspection report" or "punch list". We schedule all repairs based on time to do the repair, travel time between job-sites, and physical location.
Free travel boundary is 50 miles past the Bobby Jones / I-20 loop; a travel fee of $50 will be charged for every hour of driving time past the travel boundary unless otherwise arranged.
All invoicing is submitted by e-mail to a single designated address of your choosing. If a BCC is requested for superintendents, a designated "superintendentname@yourcompany.com" company e-mail must be supplied - no personal emails will receive a BCC.
Invoices are assumed to be net payable in 15 days unless prearranged. Late payments will be assessed a $25 administration fee by additional invoice for each 30 days past due.
No work will be commenced until an email acknowledging acceptance of these terms has been received. Please indicate your acceptance by your company email stating:
