How to order bathtub repair services from
Joy of St Croix - Tub Repair and More
Avoid costly delays on the day of the appointment caused by mistakes and omissions in the ordering process.
The order form creates the physical paper work-order that the technician will have in hand on the day of the appointment. The work-order informs the technician what repairs you, the paying customer, have authorised to be performed and invoiced. No one but the billable party has the authority to revise the service contract that is secured by a paid deposit.
The work-order you build will be telling the technicians where on the property they are authorised to be working, e.g., upstairs or downstairs, whether they will enter the bathroom through a bedroom or the hall, and where water and electricity is allowed to be obtained on the property.
Each ordered repair, i.e., each chip or crack or hole, is specific to an exact location on your property and on the bathtub.
Each repair must be added to the CART as separate line items.
Let's suppose that you have identified your project as an impact crack,
and estimated it to be up to 2.5" in diameter.
You're ready to start the order
Go to the SHOP area of the website and select "Bath Repairs".
In this section you will find repair services for standard residential bath surfaces.
Select "Crack - Impact" ...
step 2

step 3
Select Room Location

step 4
Select Repair Location
Sometimes there is more than one damaged area and more than one person responsible for having the damage repaired. We will not repair damage for free, so...which damaged area are you paying to have repaired? If called in for a warranty, we will only address the area that was on the workorder. The order form creates the workorder for the technician, and each repair has a specific location on the unit.
step 5
Select Utilities Options

If any of these utilities are not accessible at the repair location the time to do the repair increases and additional tools are required.
step 6
Calculate Trip Fees

Our standard project zone is a 25 mile radius from our main studio location in Downtown Augusta, GA 9a few blocks from the James Brown arena). If your project takes us away from that zone we may be unavailable for timely repairs for other customers and their projects so we must charge for the time the service personnel is away from their service area.
step 7
Add to the CART
If you have 2 repairs, even if they're both on the same tub, each repair must be added to the CART separately. The order form creates the workorder for the technician, and each repair has a specific location on the unit.
Each service must be added to the CART separately.
step 8
Select CHECKOUT Options

On the CHECKOUT form there are questions relating to legal billing address (who is paying?) and the jobsite (where is the project?). You will be asked to provide the occupant's email for scheduling (you will be cc'd on all communications. Is it unoccupied?...how do the workers access the property...with a lockbox? Here is where you provide that info.
step 9
Proceed to PAYMENT
To schedule material and labor, all work orders require a deposit... which in turn creates a service contract... which was created by the questions you just answered and regulated by the terms and conditions of the site.
We don't collect or store your payment info. We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. You do not need to have an account with them, just use your credit card as usual.
