The answers you fill in on the order form will be included on the repair technician's physical appointment work order and your warranty registration. A text box is provided to enter special instructions, e.g. lockbox, parking, gate access, etc. Valid street address formats allow accurate time and geo-location scheduling and prevent additional charges for rescheduling and revisions; if the repair location requires special driving instructions a text box is provided at checkout.
