Description
A floor repair can be localised damage caused by an external force, e.g. an impact or chemical spill, or a support structure failure that effects different regions of the bathtub which must be jointly addressed.
Please remember, floor repairs are complex and so is their diagnosis. We give as much information as we can to allow for a good working estimate, but the only way to know exactly what needs to be done is to open up the unit for a physical inspection of the unit and the subfloor. If, upon opening the unit, it is discovered that the repair is greater than estimated, the customer will need to authorise the increase by email (referencing the current invoice #) and the invoice will be adjusted according to the price list. If the increase in work is not authorised and the work order is cancelled, your payment will be refunded minus a $75 service fee. If you need assistance in making an estimate, please visit our page Cracked and Broken Tub Floors, fill out the contact form, and we will contact you to walk you through the process.
